amazing service great vibe cold room luggage delay

south beach restaurant was a delight! andre provided amazing service, offering very nice wine and dessert recommendations. he even surprised my wife and me with a congratulations plate.

we had booked a family room , but the air conditioning was stuck at 16°c. this made the room uncomfortably cold and forced us to switch rooms. finding our luggage upon checkout took 30 minutes, delaying our departure.

I had lunch with my family. Tommy looked after us. He ensured my aunt's dietary needs were met. It was an enjoyable experience overall.

The outdoor pool and the lounge area around it seemed too small for the hotel size. I had a room located between the hotel and the parking lot. As a result, it was quite noisy.

fantastic south beach dining

helpful server excellent service good portion

we had a great dinner at south beach. satya was very helpful and kind. he offered excellent service. the food was excellent, and the portion sizes were good. i would definitely come back again!

The outside swimming pool was closed. This was one of the main reasons i booked. the alternative pool in the spa was cold. i was only able to use it for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon because i have children.

My room included complimentary drink, which I found acceptable.

I was disappointed with the bathroom. I found hairs in the shower and the bed linens was stained. A thorough cleaning is necessary.

overwhelmed receptionist insufficient lounges

The staffing seemed short. The receptionist was overwhelmed, causing queues. Cleanliness suffered too. The hotel was filthy for half a day despite a cleaner working hard. Tables and the floor by the pool were not cleaned, and there were not enough lounges.
